Like other garagiste wine producers in the Paso Robles area we are committed to producing small lot, high quality craft wines that represent good value.
We source top grade fruit from sustainably farmed vineyards in three central coast appellations: Paso Robles, Edna Valley and Santa Lucia Highlands
We apply tried and true winemaking techniques, but otherwise let the grapes do their thing.
We are sparing in our use of sulfite but otherwise do not use concentrates, animal byproducts or other chemical additives intended to enhance (i.e. fix) the flavor, texture or aroma of our wine.
We are equally committed to giving back to our community, and encourage you to view the Profit Split section of our site to learn more about the small effort we make to do that.
