Like other garagiste wine producers in the Paso Robles area we are committed to producing small lot, high quality craft wines that represent good value.
We source top grade fruit from sustainably farmed vineyards in the Paso Robles and Edna Valley appellations.
We apply tried and true winemaking techniques, but otherwise let the grapes do their thing.
We do not use concentrates or other additives intended to enhance (i.e. fix) the flavor, texture or aroma of our wine.
We are equally committed to giving back, and encourage you to view the Community section of our site to learn more about the small effort we make to do that.
